APPROVE the request for the rehabilitation of, and alterations to, the building at 903 West 38th Street, including a rear addition, WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, because the work is visually compatible and meets the standards. Modify the siding exposure on the proposed addition to distinguish between the historic portion and the new construction. Clarify any work to the front door. Provide information on how the stucco will be removed, replacement bricks, type of mortar and tooling. Reconstruct the pony wall at the front porch. Provide documentation that a railing was historically present on the front porch.
