The Savannah Historic Preservation Commission does hereby approve the New Construction part 1 and 2 at 21 Brady Street with the following condition to be met, as the proposal is otherwise visually compatible and meets the applicable standards: 1.Separate Gable entrance be created. 2.Separate double windows on the main entrance also be explored.
